This book picks up right from where the first book left off which is great as this is now a completed duology so you can binge them!
I personally found the first half of this book to be a little bit slow with some travelling and training and trying to convince people to help.
However, the second half of the book really picked up and there was lots of extra character development done here too! I also feel like the ending could have been a little more spread out but that's just my personal preference 😊
Overall I really enjoyed this duology and I would recommend it!
